TECHNICAL-TACTICAL FAVORITE WORK

PREFERRED TECHNICAL-TACTICAL JOBS:

2 – BALL POSSESSION WITH 3 TEAMS

Teams:           3 teams – A, B, C – with 7 players each (minimum of 5, maximum of 8).

Dynamics:     Two teams “A” and “B” play together, as if they were one, just to keep possession of the ball, against team “C” that tries to take the ball. If 1 player from team “C” takes the ball, his entire team starts to play in place of the team of “7” that lost the ball, which goes to the role of recovering the ball.

Material:       3 sets of shirts of different colours and 1 ball.

Conditioning factors: Ball does not stop, ground ball, 2 or 3 touches, player does not stop. In any of these infractions, there is marked a foul against. Those who pass accelerate by overtaking or going fast to space

Tips:

It can also be played with the player who lost the ball by exchanging “bib” with the one who took possession. But then it loses the whole. Usually used in this exercise, for example four defenders plus 2 midfielders in a team, attacking midfielders and one or two reserve defenders, the others in the third team. Vary yourself.

Useful because it uses practically the entire cast. If someone from outside, you can change every 5 minutes keeping the characteristics of the group. Or whoever lost the ball leaves, whoever won goes to the team that plays and whoever enters the team that tries to take the ball.

Churrasco de Confraternização, Chopp, muitas Estórias, alegria, felicidade e emoção. Os que não puderam estar presentes participaram on line. Homenageando-me e ao Professor Jairo com Significativas Placas, foram além homenageando a todos os que participaram naquela época em suas formações no Futebol (que não é só Futebol, vai além). Eternamente grato a todos os que participaram, presentes ou não! Gratidão eterna! Rejuvenesci muitos anos!
