It was held yesterday at the Jardim Guanabara Yacht Club, which is an earring, the 75th ANNIVERSARY OF ZUMBI with the presence of the Golden Trio and Commodores Zé Moraes, Marcos Moraes and Luiz Moraes, the Directors of Pelada do Zumbi – Vinícius, Marquinhos, Sheriff, Carlinhos and other collaborators – with the important presence of dozens of former and current PELADEIROS,  Former Famous Friends of Pelada (Affonsinho, Osmar, Nilson Dias, Mauro Cruz, Julio Cesar -Palmeiras, Barcelona and Seleção), Nei Conceição), and Guests Friends of the Group and who worked in the Brazilian National Team (Prof. Américo Faria who lived on the Island, Prof. Sebastião Lazaroni, Dr. José Luiz Runco and João Carlos – Joca who mediated the arrival of the guests.

If the heat was strong in Rio, certainly on the Yacht the temperature in the field and outside was higher, it reached the peaks, given the amount of effort on the field, hugs, kisses and tears before, during and after the event.

It is important that the ball ran soft, smooth, from foot to foot to the back of the net as every root peladeiro and football lover likes, who runs is the ball and not the dummy! Despite the quality and touch of the ball, a lot of sweat and tears soaked the (synthetic) lawn, but perfect as a pool table. How many hugs in the substitutions, in the goals and even in other moments of the game! All recorded by the skillful lenses and feathers of the MUSEU DA PELADA. Also, after 75 years and the participation of Nilton!

The barbecue was plentiful and good, prepared by the team of Amigo Serginho, the official barbecue chef of the island’s peladas. At the time the churra took place, events such as the photos since the first match in 1948 appeared on the screen, in addition to furriers who from abroad sent messages to the Group. A beautiful message from Fernando about the pelada, read by his son, was read, which touched everyone. Finally, at dessert time, the distribution of the Pelada do Zumbi Shirts with the names of all the members, former players and even the Guests, how much kindness it joins!

Finally the photo of all the participants, which will go down in the annals of the Zombie’s Pellada at the Diamond Anniversary!
