1 – CHICKEN 1 K AND 1\2;
12 – CUP OF OIL;
2 – CHOPPED ONIONS;
1 – TABLESPOON OF GARLIC SAUCE;
1 – GARLIC CLOVE;
12 K – TOMATO WITHOUT SEED AND GROUND;
1 – CHOPPED PARSLEY (TO TASTE);
1 – BAY LEAF;
2 – CHICKEN BROTH TABLETS;
1 – CUP OF BOILING WATER;
– PEPPER SAUCE;
1 – BIG CATUPITY (A FAMOUS KIND OF CHEESE – CURD CHEESE);
– SALT (TO TASTE).

P.S. – CATUPIRY is a famous kind of cheese – curd cheese. Also very good with Shrimps, or with goiabada cascão (sweet from guava using the peel), or just in the bread having coffee.
