HOW TO DO
TAKE THE COCONUT MILK BY SQUEEZING COCONUT MEAT (OR A BOTTLE OF COCONUT MILK).
SEPARATELY PUT THE COW’S MILK TO A BOIL WITH CLOVE AND CINNAMON.
MIX ASIDE TAPIOCA FLOUR WITH COCONUT PLAHA AND SUGAR.
PUT THE MIXED DRY INGREDIENTS IN THE PIREX AND POUR THE COW’S MILK SERVED ON TOP OF IT.
STIR WELL, FORMING A VERY THICK PIRÃO. DON’T TAKE IT IN THE OVEN.
AFTER PIRÃO READY, POUR THE COCONUT MILK ON TOP OF A WELL DISTRIBUTED ALL AND DO NOT STIR ANYMORE.
TIPS:
IT’S GREAT ICE COLD!
CONDENSED MILK CAN BE USED ON TOP WHEN SERVING (TO TASTE)!
