ALL PLAYERS SELECTED BY THE JUCELE FOOTBALL CLUB TO REPRESENT A TEAM ARE OBLIGED TO FOLLOW THE DICTATES OF THE BYELAWS, RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE JUCELE FOOTBALL CLUB.

Players selected for Jucele Football Club service will be so advised by, letter, telephone and via the media and will be expected to report to the venues set for presentations, camping or training on the day and time fixed by the JFC.

There will be absolutely no tolerance for tardiness and indiscipline by players.

  1. BYELAW AGREEMENT

The Player agrees to be bound by and comply with all the bye-laws, rules and regulations in existence at the time of entering into the agreement, which have been adopted or enacted by the JFC, the Federation Internationale de Football Association  (hereinafter referred to as “FIFA”), the LOCAL Olympic Committee or the International Olympic Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “LOC” and “IOC”, respectively) and in addition, agree to be bound by and comply with any additions or amendments to the said bye-laws, rules and regulations, amendments thereto shall be available for inspection by the player at the offices of the JFC and may be provided to the Player upon the Player’s request.   Player com letter majuscule.

  1. ANTIDOPING AGREEMENT

The Player agrees to be bound by and to comply with any anti-doping policy or rules and regulations with respect to the use of illegal drugs which the JFC, LOC, IOC and FIFA in its uncontrolled discretion may adopt from time to time, copies of which shall be available for inspection at the offices of the JFC and may be provided to the Player upon his/her request. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure he/she is fully cognizant of these rules and regulations.

  1.  IN CASE OF FAIL

Should the Player at any time, in any manner fail to comply with the covenants or agreements of his/her part herein contained, or if in the opinion of the Head Coach, the Player fails at any time during the term of his/her contract to demonstrate sufficient skill, determination, proper attitude, and capacity to play football for the Team, or if in the opinion of the Head Coach, the player’s work or conduct is unsatisfactory, the JFC shall have the right to discipline or suspend or to terminate his/her services at the discretion of the JFC upon notices to the player.   1. ANTHEM

 It is imperative that the player joins in the signing of the National Anthem at the appropriate occasions and maintain a respectful attitude when the anthem of other countries is being played.

  • PLAYER’S RESPONSABILITIES

2.1 PERSONAL IMAGE

The JFC policy states that each Player shall conduct himself/herself at all  times on and off  the field of play, in a manner befitting his/her position as representing JFC and the Sport of Football.

2.2 ADDRESS

Each Player MUST keep the JFC office apprised of his/her current address and phone, mobile number(s) and email.

2.3 PASSPORT

Each Player MUST keep the JFC apprised of his/her current Passport Number, the date of issue of the passport, and the expiry date of issue of the passport. Each Player MUST ensure that he/she provides the JFC with a valid/current up to date passport.

2.4 BIRTH CERTIFICATES

Each Player MUST ensure that he/she provides to the JFC a copy of his/her Birth Certificate.

2.5 NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER

Each Player MUST ensure that he/she provides to the JFC his/her NIS Number.

2.6

Each Player is responsible for providing proper footwear and shin guards for all matches and training sessions.

  • PERSONAL

3.1 Members of the Teams are prohibited from using alcohol whilst on duty. The use of alcohol is prohibited at all times for minors.

3.2 Members of the Teams are prohibited from smoking whilst on duty. Smoking is prohibited at all times for minors.

3.3 Players are expected to comport and conduct themselves in such a manner as not bringing themselves, JFC and the game into disrepute. Giving interviews and making comments about internal team matters and/or matters relating to sports organizations of host countries are prohibited.

  • MEDICAL

4.1 All injuries must be reported immediately to the Team Doctor/Physiotherapist.

4.2 Injuries Players must keep in contact with the Team Doctor/Physiotherapist to monitor the progress of the injuries sustained.

4.3 Players must report to the Doctor/Physiotherapist for any scheduled treatment or examination.

4.4 The JFC policy prohibits the use of illegal drugs for all Players and Staff. The Players will be subjected to periodical Team Medical check ups including fitness tests and Drug tests by The Team’s Doctors/Physiotherapists.

4.5 All Players are subject to random doping test by the JFC.

      The JFC Doping Control Programme will consist of:

A. “Announced Doping Control” being pre-scheduled drug tests which are conducted at the competitions or at specific training camps with competitive elements.

B. Unannounced Doping Control being unscheduled tests which are administered at any time on a “short” or “no notice” basis.

C. Short notice Testing requests that the Player provides a urine sample no later than thirty-six (36) hours after notification to the Player.

D. No notice Testing requires that a player be accompanied by a designated individual from the time he/she is notified that a urine sample is required until the sample is collected.

4.6 Announced and Unannounced Doping Control will be administered within the discipline of the JFC with controls to be administered by the Local Federation and Confederation anti doping regulations and polices.

4.7 Announced Doping Control testing will take place where the JFC is located.

4.8 Unannounced Doping Control testing will take place either in or outside JFC place.

4.9 It is the Player’s responsibility to read the “booklet” “DRUG CLASSIFICATION”. Any Player with positive result of the Dope Control Test – will be immediately suspended from the Team’s activities.

4.10 Players must keep all appointments made by the Medical Doctor/Physiotherapist/Athletic Therapist for treatment, including rehabilitation appointments.

4.11 Players must inform either the Coach, Manager, Team Doctor, Physiotherapist for any injury prior to the commencement of a training camp or before participation in any international game.

  • OFFICIAL ASSIGNEMENTS / DUTIES

5.1 Players will be advised of all information regarding practice, training, press conferences and other Team activities, by the Manager or Coach. It is the Player’s responsibility to keep abreast of all functions and Team events.

5.2 Personal interviews with the media are only to be held with the expressed permission of the Team Manager or Coach.

5.3 Players are obliged to participate in commercial promotional activities required by the JFC. Arrangements for such activities will be made through the JFC and/or its agents.

5.4 Players should not take any private or personal appointments that interfere with training, playing arrangements or Team events, unless permission is granted by the Coach or Manager.

5.5 Players must not have engaged in any kind of illegal game or be involved in any form of betting the approved game can take place only during time and places allowed.

5.6 Players must not, while serving the Team, be engaged in any type of publicity, commercial propaganda or use of brands, without written authorization from the Technical Director or Manager.

(6) SPECIAL PROVISIONS

6.1 LOCKER ROOMS

Only Players, Coaching Staff, managers and authorized personnel are allowed in the locker room on match days and training days.

6.2 EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM

All equipment/uniform is the property of the JFC. Players are required to wear the team’s apparel for all games. Players are responsible for returning all equipment and uniforms to the Equipment Manager following the completion of a match or training session, except when authorized by the manager

6.3 DRESS CODE

The dress code will be determined prior to each event. Players and Staff must use the official apparel of the sponsors at training sessions, matches, official travel and other events identified by the JFC or the manager.

6.4 TRAVEL

Players and Staff must travel together to and from games, unless otherwise authorized. Should a player miss a scheduled transportation, he or she would be subjected to punishments.

All Players and Staff on the travelling squad must report on time to the designed area as required by the Manager.

It is the Player responsibility to contact and advise the manager to arrange any deviation from the Team’s travel well in advance.

– Observing the maxim limit for luggage;

– Using the bag issued by the JFC;

– Not to, while being part of the Team, use any promotion, propaganda or publicity material not approved by the JFC

6.5 IDENTIFICATION

Each Player must provide his/her passport as a form of identification matches.

6.6 CURFEW

Curfew will be decided by the Manager/Head Coach of the respective Team and communicated to all Players and Staff.

6.7 INCIDENTALS

Charges for phone calls, room service, movies, gift shop etc incurred by the Payers are the sole responsability of the player. The JFC is not responsible for any incidental charges for Players or Staff at the Hotel. Failure to pay incidentals upon hotel/accommodation check out will result in disciplinary action to be taken by the Manager or JFC.

6.8 ILNESS ON TRIP

Players must inform the Coach, Manager, Doctor or Physioterapist immediately, in the event of sickness, injury or any other circumstances that will affect compliance to the travel instructions.

6.9 HOTEL ACCOMODATION

Only Team Players and Staff will be allowed to stay at the hotel accommodations and rooms allocated to the Team. Visitors to the Players and Staff shall be entertained in the lobby area at the stablished times.

– Players are prohibited from making complaints about hotels, camps, or transports directly to the owner or person in charge. Complaints must be taken to the Team Manager who will take the appropriate measures.

– Players are advised to keep in a proper and safe place his own valuable possessions e.g. jewelry, money, etc. Or giving them to the administrator or material keeper. If not given to the person mentioned above, they are kept by the Athlete own risk.

– Players are not to be accompanied by any unauthorized person at Camps, Buses, Changing Room or training game venue.

6.10 EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT

All matters relating to finance should be discussed with the Manager.

All reimbursements requests must be accompanied by valid receipts.

6.11 HOME GAMES/AWAY GAMES

Players must report to the Coach or Manager in the locker room at least (90) ninety minutes prior to kick-off.

6.12 DISCIPLINARY ACTION

All Players carded, whether yellow or red because of irresponsible actions, can be subjected to punishments according to the dictates of the disciplinary committee.

The penalties to be given can be a warning, a fee, the suspension or the expulsion of the Team.

A Disciplinary Committee comprising the Technical Director, the manager, the Coach, and the Captain will treat with all breaches of the Code of Conduct, except matters relating to the Doping Control Programme.

Players and Members of the Staff shall have the right to appeal to the JFC in respect of any decision taken by the above Committee.

(7) RESPONSABILITIEES OF THE JFC

7.1 TRAVEL

The JFC will meet the cost of all overseas and local travel arrangements for training as well as matches.

7.2 MATCH FEE/BONUSSES/INCENTIVES/STIPENDS

The JFC will provide match fee/stipend, bonuses and other financial incentives to Players of The Teams based on the agreed structure and policy will be determined from time to time by the JFC in consultation with the management and players.

7.3 The JFC will provide adequate and appropriate insurance coverage that will meet the costs of injuries sustained by players and members of the Staff during Team duty, e.g. training sessions, games and trips.

7.4 The JFC will meet the costs of visa requirements for each player and Members of the Staff where such is deemed necessary for legal entry into any country.

7.5 The JFC will provide equipment, match uniforms, training kit, ball, medical supplies and other support items that are required for training sessions and matches.

7.6 ALLOWANCES/BONUSES/INCENTIVES/STIPEND FOR STAFF

The JFC will provide allowances for overseas travel. Bonuses/stipend or other financial incentives to members of the Staff based on an agreed structure and policy which will be determined from time to time by the JFC.

All other issues not recorded in the byelaws, rules and regulations but deemed to place the Player, game and the JFC disrepute will be deal by the disciplinary committee.

The articles of this regulations will be valid to all members of the Teams and its Staffs, who will be deemed to be acquainted with and in agreement with the terms and conditions therein.

Importante todos os Atletas e Membros da CT lerem anualmente ao menos duas vezes. Recomendável trazer um Árbitro para palestrar no início da Temporada e quando ocorrer qualquer modificação.
