Introduction: SYSTEMS, TACTICS AND STRATEGY

  • ALL OF THEM ARE BASED ON SIMILAR BASES: Mobilization, Concentration, Recognization;
  • THIS IS THE REASON FOR CONFUSION;
  • LET’S MAKE THEM COMPLEMENTARY.

Topics of Discussion

  • SYSTEM: Distribution of players on the field, in a well  organized structure, coordinated by principles of independence, with defined and complementary functions and movements to get best production and results doing the minimum possible effort.

  • STRATEGY: Plan to get certain aim, exploring favorable factors, using the available means, when, where and how wished;
  • Team’s Strategy;
  • Competition’s Strategy;
  • Exemple: Horses’ Race (TWO MANAGERS HAVE EACH THREE HORSES, ONE GOOD, ONE AVERAGE, ONE BAD, EQUIVALENTS. IF ONE MANAGER KNOWS THE OPPONENT ORDER-STRATEGY TO RUN THE 3 RACES, HE WILL PUT THE BAD AGAINS THE ADVERSARY GOOD AND WILL WIN BY 2 X 1).

  • Child:           10, 11 years old.
  • Pre Infant:    12, 13 years old.
