- TO STUDY THE CURVE OF THE RELATION VOLUM/INTENSITY;
- CONTACT THE MANAGER: CAMPING, UNIFORM, TRANSPORT, FOOD-MEALS, SECURITY, REFEREES, ETC;
- TRAINING FIELDS AND GAME FIELD: HIGHT OF THE GRASS, MARCATION;
- TO DO THE PROGRAM AND TIME TABLE OF THE CAMPING;
- SEND FAX WITH THE MEALS WEEK PROGRAM (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, SNACKS AFTER GAME);
- SECURITY (MAINLY IN GAMES AWAY);
- TO SPY THE OPPONENT;
- ASK PLAYERS OF OTHER DIVISIONS OR TEAM TO COMPLETE TRAININGS.

THE DAY BEFORE GAME
- CHECK PROTOCOL;
- TO CONFIRM THE VENUE AND TIME OF THE GAME. IF FRIENDLY – CHECK REFEREES, SECUTRITY, BOYS BALL HOLDERS, GAME BALLS, UNIFORM (COLOR ACCORDING TO THE OPPONENTS, HOME OR AWAY;
- TO PROGRAM THE DAY OF THE GAME;
- MEALS OF THE DAY OF THE GAME (AFTERNOON – BREAKFAST AND LUNCH. EVENING – BREAKFAST, LUNCH AND LIGHT MEAL) DINNER AFTER. TRAVELING – LIGHT MEAL. CARBOHIDRATE – BEFORE, HALF TIME, AFTER), PHOSFOGEN, RE-HIDRATION;
- TIME TO GO TO THE ROOM. CHECK ENTERING THE ROOMS. LIGHTS OFF.
- FIX THE BUS ONE HOUR IN ADVANCED;
- TRAINING ACCORDINGLY (VOLUME SMALL – INTENSITY MEDIUM OR LOW);
- SMALL MATRESSES, TOWELS, LUCOZADE, BALLS, PUMPS, GAUGE;
- LIST OF SELECTION WITH CARE, INSPIRATION AND ATTENTION. DOUBLE CHECK;
- PREPARE THE MEETING (TACTIC PLUS OR SIMILAR), TAKE NOTEBOOK AND PEN DRIVE (SAVE), PROJECTOR, MULTIMÍDIA, FLIP-CHAT; WHITE BOARD FIELD – MAGNETIC, WALKIE-TALKIE, MOBILE, CAMERA, RECORDER, DISQUETS, SHEETS – FICHAS (SCOUT, PRESS-RELEASE, CORNER-FREE KICK-WALL);
- TO BOOK THE MEETING ROOM IN ADVANCED AND PREPARE IT; IF POSSIBLE ON BOOKING;
- TRAINNING ANTHEM, TAKE THE FLAG, AND CASSETE WITH THE ANTHEM;
- IN CASE OF FRIENDLY TO COMBINE THE UNIFORMS WITH THE REFEREE AND TEAM MANAGER. FIX THE REFEREES AND BENCH;
- TO RECHARGE THE BATERIES: WALKIE-TALKIE, MOBILE, RECORDER, SHAVER, ETC;
- TAKE THE INFORMATIONS OF THE OPPONENTS, VIDEOS, ETC;
- BRING THE SUPLEMENTS;
- STRIP OF CAPTAIN, BLACK STRIP (MOURNING), IN THE CASE;
- RAIN COAT, UMBRELLAS, CAP, GLASSES, TRACK SUITS, COATS;

- GET ALL MATERIAL (LIGHT MATRESS, BALLS, TOWELS)
- CHECK MEALS WITH THE HOTEL MANAGER (BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER, SNACK, SNACK AFTER GAME AND BEFORE TRAVELLING)
- WITH THE DOCTOR, ONE HOUR BEFORE, RE-CHECK MEALS;
- HIDRATION BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER GAME;
- CARBOHYDRATE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER GAME;
- MARK THE PREFERED DRESS ROOM, AND THE BENCH BEHIND THE LINESMAN. CHOOSE THE FIELD OF THE FIRST HALF (GO AGAINST OPONENT WILL, SUN, WIND, ETC, AWAY; AND OUR PREFERED AT HOME)
- CONFIRM BUS ONE HOUR BEFORE DEPART; CHECK;

- MATCH TRAINING (WHO DID NOT PLAY); FIXED IN ADVANCED (CONSIDER QUALITY OF THE OPPONENT);
- THINK THE POSSIBILITY OF FREE ORIENTATION IN WRITTEN;
- ANALYSE THE BOARD OF CLASSIFICATION, BIORRITMS, NEXT OPPONENT, REPORTS (GAME, PERIOD, DOUBLE CHECK PLAYERS LIST’ EVALUATION), CARDS, WATCH VTS;
