The nickname Bolão, given in childhood to that skinny boy was

He played Football and Soccer everywhere, but fate wanted it to

reach the highest level of joy and happiness here at Zumbi Veterans,

where he paraded his technical qualities through the fields, running the field

all, everywhere, and being received with V.V.V.I.P. treatment (very, very,

very important person, a treatment that I have only seen in the Arab World for the Sheiks),

that’s right, that’s how Bolão, cumming and with his characteristic smile accepting

the many mockery, was received by this record-breaking Group that completes 77

years of existence, of Friendship and Football show, worthy of Guinness Book of

The Records.

So many good ones have gone to the other plane before us, life is

passage, now it was the turn of JORGE LUIZ “BOLÃO” ALVES PEREIRA
