12 –FULL CASTER:

Local:             Full Ground/Campo todo.

Teams:           Two with 11 players each.

Dynamics:     Teams start each player in their position. Every 5 minutes a rotation is carried out involving the entire team, including the goalkeeper. The goalkeeper goes to the right side, this one to the central defense, this one to the left center, this one to the left side, this one to the midfielder, this one to the right midfielder, this one to the left midfielder, this one to the right wing, this one to the center-forward, this one to the left wing, and this one, finally, to the goalkeeper’s. Every 5 minutes I rotate again until each one returns to the original position. Working time: about 60 minutes.

Material:       2 sets of different shirts and a ball.

Conditioning factors: Ground ball, ball does not stop, player does not stop, only counts goal when the whole team in the opponent’s field. 2 touches, 3 touches, free-kick.

Tips: (in the photo the blue team uses the G-4-3-3 and the yellow the G-4-4-2, for about 5 minutes, from there a brief stop for the 1st. Rotation as described above, with 5 minutes in this formation. Every 5 minutes a new rotation until all players have gone through all the positions or functions, returning each one to the original position, when one must play more than 5 to 15 minutes to consolidate the original position with new knowledge and experience.

The team as a whole becomes more footballing culture and the coach knows new potentials for the various positions when eventually necessary, such as an outfield player who can, if necessary, act in goal, goal-scoring defenders who can act in the final moments of games as a striker and vice versa.

More accentuated trend to Total Football.

P.S. 3 – Yesterday there was a wonderful Meeting of the Fraternal Friends of the Jorge Barbosa Network, from Orla a Mais Charmosa! Pizzeria Camelo gave a show of service, a reserved space good food and cold draft beer! The emotion took over when someone arrived, delirium at the arrival of Raul, with his Ana Maria and son Rodrigo, we came to tears when the Founder Bob Visconti addressed everyone the word telling about the foundation of the Jorge Barbosa Network with details that few knew. And the final photo, reinforcing the bonds of Friendship and already marking next year’s Meeting. We thank Carla, Chico’s wife for indicating the place! A moment of silence to enlighten those who preceded us in arriving in the Heavens, a thunderous round of applause for the surviving warriors present!

P.S. 3 – Realizou-se ontem um maravilhoso Encontro dos Amigos Fraternos da Rede Jorge Barbosa, da Orla a Mais Charmosa! Pizzaria Camelo deu show de atendimento, um espaço reservado boa comida e chope geladinho! A emoção tomou conta quando chegava alguém, delírio na chegada do Raul, com sua Ana Maria e o Filho Rodrigo, chegamos às lágrimas quando o Fundador Bob Visconti dirigiu a todos a palavra contando da fundação da Rede Jorge Barbosa com detalhes que poucos conheciam. E a foto final, reforçando os laços de Amizade e já marcando o Encontro do próximo ano. Agradecemos à Carla, esposa do Chico pela indicação do local!
