11 – ROTATION IN THE SECTOR:

Teams: Two with 11 players each.

Dynamics: The teams start the collective training (game) according to the positions. Every 5 minutes a rotation is carried out within the sector. The goalkeeper remains, the right back goes to the right central defense, this one to the left central defense, this one to the left side and, finally, this one to the right side. Every 5 minutes I rotate again until each one returns to its original position. The same occurs in midfield and also in attack.

Material: 2 sets of different collared shirts and a ball.

Conditioning factors: Ground ball, ball does not stop, player does not stop, only counts goal when the whole team in the opponent’s field. 2 touches, 3 touches, free kick.

Tips: in the beginning each one in their position or role, according to the preferred system (in the photo the blue team uses the G-4-3-3 and the yellow the G-4-4-2, for about 15 minutes, from there a brief stop for the 1st.
