10 – SYSTEMS TOURNAMENT:
Local: Full Ground/Campo todo.
Teams: Two with 11 players each.
Dynamics: In each game the teams act according to pre-established systems, for example: 4-3-3 x 4-2-4 or 4-3-3 x 4-4-2, or even 4-4-2 x 3-5-2. In each short-time game, teams vary their game system to go through varied experiences.
Material: Two sets of different shirts and one ball.
Conditioning factors: due to the complexity of the exercise, each stage must be started (4-3-3- x 4-2-4, for example free-form and gradually introduce the constraints: ball on the ground, ball does not stop) as the stages progress, include in addition to these, player does not stop – reality of the most modern systems, 3 touches in defense, 2 in the middle and free kick in the last third), and others such as: goal from outside the area is worth 3, from cross 2, table 2, etc.
Tips: first, the Evolution of Systems is taught in theory, reinforcing the main points of each one and the possible reason for the evolution from one to the next.
In more advanced phases, put the starting team to play in the Preferred System and the reserve vary the System as can happen in games.
At the Club, the Coach identifies the potential of the Squad and creates a system of modern bases, in addition to working on a derivative, to surprise, and one or more alternatives. With the same 11 or using one or more substitutes, even changing the team’s style.
In the National Team, the Coach must choose the 22 best to execute the most modern System he prefers, and eleven more (one per position) to test other Systems or Style, because there may be an outstanding specialist player who does not help the team to make the favourite System work.
Finally, a Tournament with the same teams using different systems in a competitive way.
Possible to use older Systems like G-2-3-5, G-W-M to teach the Evolution since the beginnig.
