Dynamics:     Simultaneously, each team placed in its own half plays 1 ball from its goalkeepers, in 20 passes, then 15 passes, then 10 passes and finally 5 passes. After the 20th pass in their half of the field, the team has the freedom to shoot towards the opposite goal, to score the goal in the goalkeeper (11 x 1) having 8 times to return to the starting position, where their goalkeeper will start the series of 15 passes, etc… Then, the exercise resumes from the intermediate one, not being able to go beyond the opposite intermediate before the 20th pass. After the finish, the team must return to the starting position (intermediate to intermediate in 5 halves). In the last phase, each team starts the game on the center line, but on the opposite field. Once the series is over, he marks the entire field.

Material: Two sets of different shirts, 2 balls and cones to demarcate the two middle lines.

Conditioning factors: Ball cannot stop, 2 or 3 touches, ground ball, player cannot stop. Correct the erros.

Tips:
