TECHNICAL-TACTICAL FAVORITE WORK

PREFERRED TECHNICAL-TACTICAL JOBS:

3 – BALL POSSESSION WITH 2 TEAMS (10):

Location:                   Midfield.

Teams:           Two – A and B – with 10 players each (minimum 8, maximum 12).

Dynamics:     Team “A” exchanges passes in order to reach 10, without losing possession to team “B”. Succeeding, each series of 10 passes accounts for 1 point, or goal. If team “B” intercepts the ball, it starts its count of 10, and team “A” tries to regain possession of the ball. A game time may be set, or a result to be obtained.

Material:       Two sets of different shirts and one or more balls.

Conditioning factors: Ball does not stop, ground ball, 2 or 3 touches, player does not stop. In any of these infractions, loss of possession.

Tips:

If possible, more balls distributed with the Auxiliaries for immediate replacement.

The choice of teams must follow technical-tactical criteria.

Working time and intensity must accompany the Preparation Phases.

If there are more than 2 teams, a bye is placed outside and by the time or number of goals is replaced. Then 3 sets of bibs are needed.
