TECHNICAL-TACTICAL WORK
FAVORITE
1 – GERMAN TRAINING:
Local: Campo todo.
Team(s): 3 teams – A, B, C – with 7 (minimum of 5, maximum of 8).
Dynamics: Team “A” attacks “B” in order to score the goal. Achieving the goal, he goes with the ball to the other half where the “C” team was “stand by”. Team “A” then attacks “C”, making “B” stand by. If “A” does not score a goal on “B” and allows “B” to cross the midline in possession of the ball, “A” rests and “B” attacks “C” in the other half.
Material: 3 sets of shirts of different colors. 1 ball.
Conditioning factors: Ball does not stop, ground ball, 2 or 3 touches, player does not stop. In any of these infractions, there is a lack of contra.

Tip: in the first sessions the bye team (who waits) must be all behind the imaginary middle line. Then behind the head of the great circle. finally free to position themselves and the game continues if they take the ball and pass the midfield line with possession.
