What is Promise:
A promise is a commitment to do something. He who promises something means that he is committed to it.
A promise is understood as a vow or a declaration made to another party, recording the future intention
In the Christian religion, a promise is a vow made to the saints or to God. When a devotee makes a promise to a certain saint, for example, he usually asks for some blessing, whether spiritual or physical. The faithful undertake to pay a kind of penance if their supplication is granted. Among the most common promises in the Catholic Church in Brazil, for example, is the pilgrimage to the Basilica of Our Lady of Aparecida, on one’s knees or barefoot, as payment of the promise to St. due to a grace attained.

Promise:
The act of performing a task considered difficult in the event of obtaining intended grace for oneself or for another.
It can be realized after the grace has been obtained, or until it is achieved!
Zé´s (Joe’s) Promise: The Only Zé not José or Joe
For the health and recovery of 5 (five) Family and Friends, I pledge to:
to pray and energize 5 (five) times a day for those to whom I address the promise;
not to cut or trim hair, until the intended grace has been obtained;
not to drink during the week.
Considering that after some time from the beginning of the realization 4 (four) of the 5 (five) were already out of danger, in their homes and well, by the work of the Creator and Jesus Christ and their Doctors, having received the information that 3 more Relatives and Friends were affected by health problems, with some seriousness, I kept the Promise and added one more prayer per day, 6 (six) (even more than Muslims), not to drink except at events until the end of the period, and I extended the initial time of July 3 to 19, which can be increased if necessary until everyone is recovered. Another 2 (two) have already benefited from the Spiritual World and its guidelines. There is still an important case to be closed, with the grace of God, of Jesus Christ, of Mary, Joseph, Saints and Angels (including that of the Guard), of the Spiritual World, of Seo Julio, of Dona Jaïra, of Sonia Tinoco and of the Medical Teams.
All it takes is faith the size of a mustard seed, training faith is necessary for it to increase and reach the size of the Miracles, like all activities!
