BAND ENEMIES OF DRINK: THERE WILL BE NO FAMOUS PARADE THIS YEAR. Too bad… but the Friends of the Enemies of Drink will meet for a hug!

Unfortunately, this year the Traditional Band Enemies of Drink, President Bolãozinho, and all of Ilha do Governador, will not present itself, promising to return in 2024, God willing!

At the initiative of Insulana Dorinha, for all dear, who currently resides in Maricá, we bring to Bolãozinho and other important participants the idea of meeting on the same day and place for a fraternal embrace, prayer for the Band and one and others…

Once consensus is, we began to disclose to the Friends of the Band Inimigos da Bebida this chance meeting, to celebrate life, to honor the participants who have already left (God have them) and celebrate the Carnival of 2023, because Insulanos, Cariocas, Brazilians, love this profane party, which gave us all the opportunity to strengthen our Friendship (Friendship, Amigo Bicudo).

Entonces: February 20th, Monday Carnival, at 10 a.m., in the same place as usual, Comandante Mege Square, in Praia da Bandeira.
