7 – THE PHYSICAL PREPARATION
7.1 – Objectives of physical preparation –
aiming at the greatest
development of physical qualities
basic and player-specific,
presents itself as a component
very important in the context of the
general selection training; in their
main aspects.
a) – Organic Preparation – encompassing
sessions aimed at improving
cardio-circulatory systems and
breathing of players, increasing
the ability to absorb and transport
the oxygen needed to your muscles
during long-term physical efforts
duration (aerobic). Equally
the development of the
resistance to work without oxygen
(anaerobic) by increasing its
Alkaline reserves.
b) – Neuro-Muscular Preparation –
set of sessions aimed at
improve speed, increase
the power and localized resistance of the
muscle groups of players, improve
flexibility and mobility
of their joints and their coordination
Motor.
