CREAM CARAMEL DONA MAGDALENA
INGREDIENTS:
2 CANS OF CONDENSATED MILK
2 CANS OF FULL MILK
4 EGGS (BIG)
FOR CARAMEL
1 CUP OF SUGAR
UTENSILS:
1 BAKING PAN
1 BOWL
1 SAUCE PAN WITH THE TUBE IN THE MIDDLE
1 TRAY
1 KNIFE
1 MIXER
1 TOUTHPICK
WAY TO PREPARE:
1 – MIX ALL INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT THE SUGAR) MANUALLY (IN THE BOWL) OR WITH THE MIXER.
PUT INTO THE BOWL TO REST WHILE PREPARING THE CARAMEL
2 – MELT THE SUGAR IN THE SAUCE PAN (WITH THE TUBE IN THE MIDDLE) UP TO BECOMES A CARAMEL LIGHT BROWN. BRUSH IT IN ALL PARTS OF THE PAN AND LEAVE IT TO REST IN A COLD SURFACE UNTILL GETS FIRM AND COLD
3 – PUT THE CREAM OVER THE CARAMEL AND TAKE TO THE OVEN IN BAIN MARIE (A SQUARE BAKING PAN WITH WATER) TILL IT BAKES (ABOUT 45 MINUTES). IT IS READY WHEN YOU PUT A TOOTHPICK OR KNIFE DEEP AND COMES OUT CLEAN AND DRY.
TIPS:
– REMOVE WITH A SPOON THE BUBBLES OF THE CREAM
– AFTER FINISHED, TO REMOVE THE PUDDING FROM THE SAUCE PAN, WHILE STILL WARM INSERT A THIN KNIFE BETWEEN THE PAN AND THE PUDDING ALL AROUND, AND FROM THE TUBE AS WELL UNTILL BE FREE. PUT IT IN THE REFRIGERATOR TO BECOME FIRM, AND THEN PUT IN A TRAY (PUT THE TRAY OVER THE SAUCE PAN, USING BOTH HANDS HOLD THEM TOGHETER AND TURN UPSIDE DOWN CAREFULLY)
– IN THE CASE OF THE OVEN HEAT FROM THE BOTTOM AND THE TOP, AND THE SUPERIOR BOARD OF THE PUDDINGS BAKES EARLY PUT A COVER WITH A FILE OF ALUMINIUM FOIL
