PRE SEASON PROGRAM 2016/17
MENU FOR CAMPING
BREAKFAST: 7:30hs (this menu will be served daily)
Fat free milk, (hot and cold), yogurt, coffee, chocolate powder, cereal, tea.
Baked beans, scramble eggs, mushrooms.
Brown and with bread (toasted and soft); muffins, butter, honey, jam, peanut butter, cheese.
Fruits: bananas, apple, orange, …
Fruit juice and water.
* If possible; extra supplements like ‘’FUTURELIFE’’ some players will be inspecial nutrition as VIEIRA, KANYA, among others.
Day 1
LUNCH: 12:00hs. (The menu should be in accordance with the suggestions below specified)
*Beef should be served at dinner or lunch when there is no training in the afternoon.
Green salad (no cucumber), tomatoes slices.
Pasta: spaghetti, fettuccini, or other with tomato sauce, mushroom sauce.
Pap or rice: Every day, every meal!!!
Mash sweet potato, steamed vegetables, chicken breast.
Fruits: bananas, apples, pineapple, others.
Fruit salad.
Fruit juice and water.
Coffee, milk, chocolate powder and tea.
Day 2
Green salad, with olives, and beetroot salad.
Cooked vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower).
Rice, pap, butternut, grave sauce, spinach and baked potato.
Chicken sauce and fried fish.
Fruit: bananas, apple, pineapple.
Fruit juice and water.
Fruit salad.
Coffee, tea, chocolate powder and milk.
Day 3
Green salad with olives, tomato slices.
Pasta minced meat with tomato sauce, pap, mushroom sauce, mashes potatoes, steamed vegetables.
Roast chicken in the oven.
Fruit: bananas, apple, pineapple.
Fruit juice and water.
Coffee, tea, chocolate powder and milk.
*THESE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE FIRST THREE DAYS WILL BE REPEATED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK.
*ANY CHANGE WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE WEEK.
DINNER: 19:00hs (The menu should be in accordance with the suggestions below specified)
Day 1
Greek salad (no cucumber) and beetroot salad.
Rice, pap, spinach, butternut, gravy sauce.
Chicken drumsticks and rump steak.
Fruit juice apple and others.
Fruit salad.
Fruits: bananas, apple, orange slices.
Coffee, milk, tea.
Yogurt, muffins, bread white and brown toasted and soft, butter, jam, peanuts butter, and butter (take away)
Day 2
Greek salad (no cucumber) potato salad.
Rice, pap, spinach, butternut, grave sauce.
Pasta (lasagna Bolognese cheese), pap, roast chicken.
Fruit juice and water.
Fruits: bananas, apple, pears, pineapple.
Yogurt, muffins, white and brown bread, toasted and soft (take away)
Butter, jam, peanuts butter.
Day 3
Greek salad (no cucumber), olives, beetroot salad.
Cooked vegetables (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
Rice, pap, spinach, butternut, gravy sauce.
Fried chicken, lamb sauce.
Fruits: bananas, apple, pineapple.
Fruit juice and water.
Fruits: bananas, apple, pineapple.
Yogurt, muffins, white and brown bread, toasted and soft (take away)
Butter, jam, peanuts butter.
*THESE SUGGESTIONS FOR THE FIRST THREE DAYS WILL BE REPEATED THROUGHOUT THE WEEK.
*ANY CHANGE WILL BE DISCUSSED DURING THE WEEK.
*At the end of the week can be made a barbecue dinner.
*All time must be followed.
*Any change in schedule will be communicated in advance.
*No change the menu without permission.

P.S. Cucumber and Lettuce are told dificult digestion or sleepy, but many disagree with it. No risk!
