It comes after the Basic Programme, presented previously, to the Honorable Kazma’s Committee, being more complete, and made with the contribution of all the Staff’s Members.
The Programme considers:
- EVALUATION: The evaluation of the previous competitions. Whether the objectives were achieved or not, previous tests and evaluations, results and conquers.
- SQUAD
B) SQUAD: Evaluation of the Squad, the Group of players we intend to use to compete at this time, and the search for new players to reinforce the group. It is important to find out these new players soon to make it possible to adjust them to the team and philosophy. All selected players must be evaluated severely by their Curriculum, conquers, championships and experiences, examined under the medical (clinical) point-of-view, tested physically and technically. Being possible also psychologically.
Only those with high level of quality and value, able to develop for the future and represent well Kazma Club should take part in the Squad. We understand that to play for this winning Club the player must have an over-all high level.
The power of a chain is the one of the weakest ring. The strength of a team is the weakness of the worse player.
C) OBJECTIVES:
C.1 – GENERAL OBJECTIVES
a) To form a homogeneous squad with high physical-technical-tactical-psychologic qualities, capable to play a winning football, competitive, efficient, modern and enjoyable, to represent well the Club at the Cups and Championship.
b) Also objective, beside perform, perform to win, win to be champion. Even knowing how difficult is to achieve those targets in the national competitions; certainly we will be more closed to reach if we know what we are fighting for, the targets/aims and the means to use.
C. 2 – EDUCACIONALS/PROFISSIONALS OBJECTIVES
To develop and maintain an adequate personal and group behavior to the work, and knowledge of rights and responsibilities.
Self-discipline, self-critics, self-confidence, ethics of the citizenship, dignity, assiduity, punctuality, among others.
Group behavior proper of those winners in collective sports, as the creation of a professional ambience, but fraternal and familiar, with confidence, amidity, cooperation, freedom with responsibility, of union, equality, and discipline.
General Formation: to incentive the continuity at the studies up to the University level, and improvement in the footballer carrier, such as Foreign Languages Courses, Professional Courses and others (leadership, connivance with the popularity, with the Referee, the relation Player/Referee, knowledge of the laws of the Game, Neurolinguistics, preparation for the future, investments, etc.
C. 3 – TECHNICAL OBJECTIVES
C. 3. 1. – PHYSICAL PREPARATION
The Physical Preparation has the objective to develop up to the maximum the general physical qualities: speed (reaction of the members and dislocation), power (explosive, dynamics, isometrics), endurance (aerobics, anaerobic lactic and a lactic, and resistance (aerobics, anaerobic lactic e a lactic, and muscular localized), agility, coordination, flexibility, equilibrium (static and recuperated), and rhythms.
Mainly, given more emphasis to the more special qualities to play football: endurance, speed, strength, agility, and coordination.
Achieving these objectives the players will be, then, ready under the organics and neuro-muscular points-of-view, becoming the physical preparation the foundation of an adequate technical-tactical preparation, beside to give the direction of the overall preparation to the “PEAK” at the most important moments, in according to the strategy here and in the “PLAN OF TRAINING” established, considered and respected the several elements, mainly the quality level of our Team related to the others, the time to prepare the Team and the recent past competitions.
C. 3. 2. – TECHNICAL PREPARATION
The Technical Preparation has the objective to improve to the maximum the Techniques of the players, by improving the basic fundamentals of techniques (pass, control, trap, traveling, feint, dribble, shoot, finishing, heading, tackling, etc.) since the elementary to the competitive mode).
Also intends to develop these fundamentals in situations of stationary ball, set-plays, kick-off, goal kick, free-kick, penalty-kick, throw-in, drop-ball, etc., because statistics in modern football shows many games being decided in this ways.
It is useful as a support factor in the improvement of the specific physical conditioning, and must accompany in volume (duration) and intensity the characteristics of each Phase or Stage of Preparation.
Important to consider these Phases or Stages, as known: Basic, Specific/Special, Polishment, and Maintenance, beside Transition, and equating to them the simplicity or complexity of the exercises (basic, advanced, competitive).
“No value” to have a sober physical capacity, even tactical combinations very modern, if the techniques and skills are not in exceptional level.
C. 3 – TACTICAL PREPARATION
The Tactical Preparation has the objective to give complete knowledge of the combined actions between 02 (two) or more players of a sector (attack, middle field, defense), and even from different compartments.
The tactics may be fix or variable, but must respect the characteristics of the players of the squad, and the real situations a football game produces, as game at home or away, daylights or evening, raining or not, cold or hot weather, humidity/dry, under pressure of a result to be got, winning/loosing, in numerical superiority or inferiority, and offensive and defensive tactics.
All the situations must be practiced, first without opposition, after with low degree of difficulty, then against the maximum difficulty. Experimenting them at the training-games, match-trainings, friendly-games, and then official-matches.
Adequation of a Modern System of Playing in according to the players of the Squad, considering strengths and weaknesses, characteristics and style.
Uniformization of the vocabulary and knowledge of the Evolution of the Systems up to date, since GK – 2-3-5, W-M, 4-2-4, 4-3-3-, 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 3-4-3, 4-5-1, 3-6-1, 3-7-0, 4-6-0, etc., to exploit all possibilities of these Systems becoming able to give the first step into the future, dominate every opponent, control the games and winning them.
The search for the Total Football: well balanced, harmonic, dominating and winner.
Modern Method of Marking:
– Considering the Type:
a) Individual or Man-to-Man;
b) By Zone or Sectors;
c) Combined or Mixed (combination of the previous two).
– Considering the Sectors of the field:
1) Full ground;
2) Opponent intermediary;
3) Medium line;
4) Self-intermediate.
– Considering the Intensity:
x) High pressure;
y) Normal;
z) Low pressure.
The general strategy turned to the formation of a new generation, confident, brave, professional attitude, winner, as Kazma deserves to be.
So, the performance will be good as should be at the senior level. Playing our own style, controlling the rhythm and performing well bigger are the chances to conquer victories, competitions, investors and the supporters.
Skillful Players: technical, intelligent, agile, fast, braves and confidents, with “champions blood”.
Offensive Team: well balanced, mobile, tactical but creative, focused, with dominating and winning instinct.
At first, to conditionate individually the players, after combine them in to sectors, and finally a unit, a team.
To establish tactics forms for ball in movement and stationary, increasing the degree of difficulty and complexity, besides to train alternative forms to surprise the adversaries.
Keeping opened the scout for new outstanding players, but considering the teamwork already done closed to the competition, as well as the Team Spirit.
Zero Mistakes, Maximum Efficiency!
